Annual Conference:
Complexity and Collaboration
with Prof Barbara Simpson

Barbara Simpson, Professor of Leadership and Organisational Dynamics at Strathclyde University, gave the keynote address at this year's conference. Barbara specialises in studying processes of creativity, innovation and change in organisations. She has a particular interest in pragmatist philosophy and spoke about how these ideas can help us think about collaboration and the practice of leadership.

  • Dr Wafa Said Mosleh: Multi-stakeholder Innovation and Leadership Practice in an Age of Uncertainty

  • Dr Sam Talucci: Sensemaking and making sense of our day to day activities
